These Terms of Use and Enrollment Agreement (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, training programs, and all associated services (collectively, the “Services”).
By enrolling in any Hyve AI Labs program, you (“you”, “learner”, or “participant”) agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
1.1 You may enroll in Hyve AI Labs courses through our website, mobile app, or authorized representatives.
1.2 You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
1.3 Enrollment is confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of confirmation from Hyve AI Labs.
1.4 Seats for each batch are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
2.1 Courses are delivered through online or offline sessions by qualified trainers.
2.2 Hyve AI Labs reserves the right to modify course schedules, trainers, or delivery format without prior notice if required for operational or quality reasons.
2.3 Recordings of live sessions may be provided at our discretion and remain the intellectual property of Hyve AI Labs.
2.4 Learners must ensure stable internet connectivity for online participation.
3.1 All course fees are payable in AED via approved payment gateways or authorized partners.
3.2 Fees once paid are non-refundable, except in cases of course cancellation by Hyve AI Labs.
3.3 Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 10–15 business days to the original payment method.
3.4 Any discounts or promotional offers are time-limited and non-transferable.
4.1 Learners who successfully complete the program requirements will receive a Certificate of Completion issued by Hyve AI Labs.
4.2 Certificates may require attendance in at least 80% of sessions and satisfactory performance in assignments (if applicable).
4.3 Hyve AI Labs reserves the right to withhold certification in case of non-compliance with academic or conduct standards.
5.1 All course content, including videos, notes, software demos, and assessments, is owned by Hyve AI Labs and protected by copyright laws.
5.2 You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access materials solely for personal learning.
5.3 Reproduction, distribution, resale, or public sharing of course materials without written permission is strictly prohibited.
5.4 Any misuse or plagiarism may result in suspension or permanent account termination.
6.1 Learners must maintain professional behavior and respect instructors, staff, and fellow participants.
6.2 Harassment, abusive language, or unethical behavior may lead to expulsion without refund.
6.3 Sharing or selling your access credentials or course content is a violation of this agreement.
7.1 Hyve AI Labs strives to provide high-quality content and services; however, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, employment, or certifications recognized by third parties.
7.2 We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from course use or inability to access the Services.
7.3 You agree to use our Services at your own risk.
8.1 Your personal data is collected and processed as described in our Privacy Policy.
8.2 By using our Services, you consent to such data collection and processing.
8.3 We use secure encryption and data protection methods to safeguard user information.
9.1 All trademarks, logos, and content related to Hyve AI Labs remain our exclusive property.
9.2 You may not use our branding, trade names, or visuals for marketing or distribution without prior written consent.
10.1 Hyve AI Labs may update these Terms periodically.
10.2 Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our Services after any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
