1. Who we are
This policy explains how HYVE AI Labs, including its training division HYVE AI Labs Learning, collects and uses personal data through learning.hyve.ae and our programmes.

2. What we collect

4. Who we share it with
- Service providers that help us operate, such as our CRM, email, video-conferencing, cloud hosting and payment or banking providers.
- Advertising and analytics platforms, such as LinkedIn and Google, only where you accept the relevant cookies or submit their forms.
- AI tools used in labs, only for content you choose to enter during a session.
- Your employer or the organisation that booked your place, which receives attendance, progress and completion information.
- Your school or university, for student programmes it arranges.
- Authorities, where the law requires us to disclose information.
We do not sell personal data.
5. International transfers
Some of our service providers process data outside the UAE. Where they do, we rely on the transfer grounds the UAE Personal Data Protection Law allows, such as transfers to countries recognised as offering adequate protection, transfers needed to perform our contract with you, or your consent. For personal data covered by the EU or UK GDPR, we use the transfer mechanisms that law requires.
6. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to a booking: until they are no longer needed to respond to you, then deleted.
- Learner and certificate records: while we deliver the programme, then as long as needed to verify certificates and answer follow-up questions.
- Invoices and financial records: for the period UAE tax and commercial law requires.
- Marketing contacts: until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.
7. Security
We protect personal data with access controls, encrypted connections, and by limiting access to staff who need it. No system is completely secure. If we become aware of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you, and the regulator where the law requires.
8. Your rights
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Delete your data, where we no longer need to keep it.
- Restrict or object to certain processing.
- Receive your data in a portable format.
- Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing that happened before.
To use any of these rights, email ai@hyve.ae. We may need to confirm your identity first. You can also complain to the UAE Data Office, or to the data protection authority where you live.
9. Children
Our student programmes may include learners under 18. We only process their data with consent from a parent, guardian, or the school or university arranging the programme, and we collect only what is needed to deliver it.
10. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies as our Cookie Policy describes. Non-essential cookies stay off until you accept them.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed, and we will tell you directly about significant changes that affect you.
